Since 1972 The Mitolo Group has been growing and packaging potatoes and onions for sale in major Australian supermarket chains and produce markets nationally.  We also supply our produce to the international market.  We are a dynamic and progressive company committed to producing high quality products through the implementation of continuous improvement strategies and new innovated processes.

Our maintenance team is seeking a team member to assist with the repairs and maintenance of our packaging lines as well as tasks relating to continuous improvement projects.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager you will -

• be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Some experience or skill in welding is desirable but not essential
• have experience with both machine and hand tools
• have the ability to work under strict WHS guidelines
• be willing to learn and be flexible with duties
• have the ability to communicate on all levels
• be able to work well in a team environment and be self-motivated
• have a current driver’s license and access to reliable transport
• current forklift license
• be flexible for some weekend work or change of shifts as required

Highly regarded but not essential -

• working at heights licence
• experience in a fresh food produce environment or similar
