The Role

Mitolo Family Farms is seeking experienced Afternoon Shift Electrician to add to our dynamic team.  We operate both in a workshop as well as in a preventative and reactive maintenance environment.

Become part of a highly skilled team environment, where everyone is more than just a number.  You will work as part of an existing team, performing scheduled maintenance tasks, attend breakdowns as well as be involved in new projects and contributing towards continuous improvement.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the following criteria is desirable: 

• Experience in the food industry
• Relevant industry tertiary qualifications
• Knowledge of MEX or an equivalent maintenance based programs
• Ability to trouble shoot and work proactively as part of a team
• Proven experience in reactive and preventative maintenance
• Sound experience in fault finding and fast breakdown response.
• PLC experience would be highly favourable
• Understanding of Lean Principles
• Afternoon Shift
