• We are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join our Team in Hillston, NSW.

The role of Team Leader ensures packing lines are set and staff allocations are managed effectively to deliver on quality, specifications and time.

To be successful in securing this position, we are looking for someone who has:

• experience in a production or food processing environment
• previous people management experience
• experience with packing lines
• excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability to make timely decisions
• knowledge and understanding in all Microsoft Office software (Excel; Word; Outlook; etc)

Your excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate on all levels will assist you in becoming an intricate part of the Mitolo Hillston Production Team.
