We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join the Mitolo Family Farms recruitment team. Reporting to the Head of People you will be supporting the management team to ensure our operational staff requirements are met across South Australia and New South Wales.

 

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and administration of the recruitment process and pre-employment programs. You will work with and support the management team in achieving their recruitment outcomes.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end recruitment process including - sourcing, assessing, and recruiting candidates for a variety of positions for all levels across the business.
  • Providing insight into current recruiting methods, competitor activity and salary benchmarking.
  • Actively manage recruitment campaigns including attending job fairs, career events and expos.
  • Sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, administering pre-employment assessments, reference checking and onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist in the immigration recruitment process and ensure visas and sponsorship meet legislative requirements.
  • Coordinate apprenticeship contracts
  • Manage applicable wage subsidy and government incentives for new hires.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer, Coordinator or HR role.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels with a high level of interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the proven ability to prioritise and operate successfully under pressure.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

The successful candidate ideally will have:

  • Certificate, Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or relevant field advantageous
  • High level computer skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with HR information systems, HR databases and recruitment management systems
